WHY DO I WANT THIS APP?
The United States Government has been borrowing money since 1942 to pay for the costs of running the country not covered by tax revenue. Many think the Deficit is reaching a dangerous level with disastrous consequences if spending isn’t controlled. Others feel, the Deficit is a necessary function to keep the United States economy to growing.
What’s alarming is most American’s don’t have an opinion on the issue of growing or shrinking this Deficit. What’s worse, they don’t know what their elected officials think about the deficit.
